Beloved TV Actress Vaibhavi Upadhyaya Passes Away in Tragic Car Accident

Mumbai witnessed a heartbreaking incident as Vaibhavi Upadhyaya, a talented actor famous for her role in the beloved TV show 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai,' lost her life in a car accident.

The devastating news was shared by producer JD Majethia through an Instagram Story. He revealed that the accident occurred in North India and expressed his disbelief at life's unpredictability. He described Vaibhavi as a wonderful actress and a dear friend, affectionately known as 'Jasmine' from 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai.' JD Majethia informed that her family would bring her back to Mumbai the next morning at around 11 am for her final rites. He concluded his post with the words "Rest in Peace, Vaibhavi."

Vaibhavi had also worked alongside Deepika Padukone in the movie 'Chhapaak' in 2020 and recently in 'Timir' released in 2023.

The news of Vaibhavi's tragic passing comes just days after the unfortunate demise of actor Aditya Singh Rajput, who was found dead in his apartment in Andheri, Mumbai, on May 22nd.
